I want to address these lying fucks once again. I had done business with TALKSUGAR since 2005 with several accounts and never had an issue with BOA depositing my checks in 3 years then earlier this year I out of the blue received an NSF CHECK. That’s when I decided to create their ”FAVORITE SITE TALKSUGAR SUCKS”.  Their bullshit is never going to cease.

 I woke up this morning to a nice new email about TALKSUGAR PHONE SEX which I will copy and paste at the bottom, but their reply to one of their phone sex platform ops that has now been removed is so unprofessional it’s beyond funny. It’s sad the way they treat people. If Talksugar treats their phone sex girls like this then how in the hell do they treat their phone sex callers? I’m being serious. This is beyond Pathetic…

I also want to address the damn money I got wasn’t from a wire being lost. It was money that I was due when my account got closed for no reason. The reason I went to wire was because of their damn WORTHLESS NSF CHECK I received. Had I not I probably wouldn’t have received that. Anyways look at this email how they treat their Phone Sex Ops. What a bunch of slimy desperate pathetic broke TALKSUGAR SENDING NSF CHECKS.

Hi,
I wrote this dumb ass because they stopped my account and didn’t send me my money.  I wrote them asking why my account had been stopped and if I was going to get the money I had still in there.  I NEVER received a responce.  I was so pissed, so I calmed down, wrote them another letter a week later.  I waited 3 weeks for these dumb asses to write me, so I wrote them a wonderfullllllllll letter yesterday telling them that I thought their company sucked and that since they were writting so many NSF checks maybe they needed my stolen money more than I did so they can actually pay their girls….and well well well…the very next day I got a letter.  Seems my other letters got lost.  It says in here they deleted my account because I missed to many calls and I was leading guys to my live journal account.  First and foremost I haven’t owned a live journal account in my life, I blog on another site, and second I missed maybe 3 calls in the 7 months I worked there.  I know the rules and regs on TOS, I have been in this biz for about 5 years and know well enough what I can and can not do.
 
The following you are about to read is what they finally wrote me back AFTER 4 weeks of waiting to hear from them.  Interesting my first 2 letters were passed on but they were able to write me when I wrote a mean letter.  Just very interesting about what they had to say about the talksugar website…all lies, and then actually try to reason why they stole my money and deleted my account.

If I may get a bit personal, I’d really suggest taking a
reading-comprehension course. It seems you have a hard time dissecting
the meaning of certain phrases, sentences, and paragraphs. Perhaps this
is a problem you’ve had for years.

I only suggest this because you didn’t seem to notice that in our rules,
we specifically outline what is allowed and what is not. For example,
encouraging a customer to visit your livejournal page - Not allowed.
Missing excessive amounts of calls - Not allowed. See a trend?

It seems that once you got a bee in your bonnet, you went looking for
more excuses to get angry and found my FAVORITE website. Once you get
your reading comprehension skills under control, I’d suggest reading
that site once again.

You might discover that instead of “quite a few” girls, you’ll find that
there are less than half a dozen (maybe even only 2 or 3), who actually
have something to complain about other than their own rule violations or
screw-ups. Now, if you spent any time reading OUR help and support,
you’d even be able to clearly identify these folks’ “NSF” checks as
checks that were cleared incorrectly by their own banks.

Oh gosh, a bank screwing up? That’s IMPOSSIBLE!

If you manage to decipher that site, you’ll also find that the original
creator herself has been paid. The funny part about that, is that the
money she claims came from us for a final payment was actually just a
wire that was lost and then apparently found again by her bank — Not
us. Weird, eh? Oh well.

Lastly, for someone who successfully received 3 checks from us without
any trouble, it’s kindof silly for you to believe the meaningless
bleating of these self-victimizing women. If you stopped and thought for
a moment about how many payments we send out, versus how many ACTUAL
complaints there are on that site, you might find that they look a
little silly.

Then again, maybe it’s just me.

TALKSUGAR IS STILL SENDING NSF CHECKS

Check out the recent comments of all the ladies that are still having issues with TALKSUGAR as recent as APRIL AND MAY with Talksugar still sending out NSF CHECKS. This is insaine and for them to say this NEVER HAPPENS. LOL what a fucking joke. TALKSUGAR FINALLY PAYS ME EVERYTHING I WAS DUE

Ladies & Gentlemen,

On 2-19-08 I received my 281.52 Check from  TALKSUGAR. On 2-20-08 I then received my remaining amount via a Wire Transfer for that last pay period. I have been paid EVERYTHING I WAS DUE. I have had no communication at all with TALKSUGAR. I’m just thankful I received the monies I was due. I will take this as a lesson learned. So when people are posting on message boards  INTERNET WIDE  they have had issues believe them.  My reply was it hasn’t happened in 3 years why would it happen now? When the fact remained  It DID HAPPEN TO ME AND IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU.   Just be careful who you choose to do business with in the PHONE SEX WORLD.

As far as this site is concerned it will still remain open and active for posting.  Way to many people has yet to receive their money.  Thank you for all your support. I Really appreciate it….

I had some issues with TALKSUGAR. I still have not received the money I am owed. I wrote several times and still no response. I aim able to log in and out but my listing does not appear. I still have over $70 thats unpaid to me. I would never take calls for this site again. I even asked them is there a reason why my account is not viewable on the site still no response. I hope this site will teach everyone that talksugar really sucks.

Did you overlook the email that I received from ERIC acknowledging that several checks bounced because of “THEIR BANK” and that has NEVER happened before? That doesn’t have shit to do with my bank or my bank tellers.  I think you really need to come up with something a lil more creative than this bullshit. Before you take the time to read this TALKSUGAR NON SENSE BELOW

[I haven’t received my check or wire. When will it get here?]

We have no way of knowing when you’ll get your check or wire. Most American Hosts receive their check well within two weeks of the mailout date. If you haven’t received your check we won’t take action until it is at least 4 weeks late, at which point we will investigate, put a stop on the check, and re-issue it.

Wire Transfers can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. If the pay period falls on a weekend or a holiday, the wire will not be sent out until the next business day. Keep in mind that even electronic banking grinds to a halt on weekends, holidays, and after business hours.

[Lost checks, missing wires, and “NSF”]

We send out thousands of payments per month and only a handful end up not making it. Those ones that don’t make it tend to take a lot of time to fix. We make every effort to insure every Host receives every payment. If you’ve had the bad luck of having a payment go missing, please have patience as we work to help you.

[Lost Checks]

If a check has not arrived within the 4 weeks and it has not been returned to us, you have the option to put a stop-payment on it. The stop-payment costs $25.00 and will be deducted upon reissue of the payment. Your only other option is to wait and see if the check eventually shows up. If it happens to get returned to us, we will mail it out again at no cost after confirming that you have given us your proper mailing address.

We do encourage the stop-payment option as it ensures that you do get your payment in a somewhat timely manner.

If you have a check that cannot be cashed, we will require you to send us the original voided check back to us before we can take any action. If you were not provided with the original check, your bank should be able to provide it to you if you request it. If you cannot provide us with the original check, we will have no other choice but to put a stop-payment on it before it is reissued minus the $25 stop-payment fee.

If we don’t have the original check, we have no way of knowing that it will not be cashed without the stop-payment.

With all this in mind, you should check that your payment details are correct, and thn contact Support when the payment is 4 weeks late. (Sooner, if you realize you gave us the wrong mailing address.) To ensure that we provide you with the best assistance that we can, please provide us with the following information in your email:

Who you are (Real name and Operator name)
The payment problem (ie: Lost Check)
The date the payment was issued
The amount as indicated on the Payments page

[Missing Wires]

If you have waited 5 business days and your wire has not arrived, there are a few things you may want to check. Contact your bank and ensure that the information they have on your bank account matches the information you have provided us. This includes Name, Address, and your bank account information. Also doublecheck that your bank account is capable of receiving wire transfers, as some are not.

Once you have looked into this, contact Support. To ensure that we provide you with the best assistance that we can, please provide us with the following information in your email:

Who you are (Real name and Operator name)
The payment problem (ie: Missing Wire)
The date the payment was issued
The amount as indicated on the Payments page

Whether you have checked your bank information and if it was incorrect Someone from our billing department will contact you in a timely manner, during normal business hours. The time it takes to reissue a wire can vary. Some wires fail and are immediately returned to us. These wires can be reissued usually as soon as some minor account information is fixed. Other wires seem to disappear, with the banks at either end claiming no responsibility. This usually requires us to open an investigation with our bank, which often can take a very long time to resolve. Patience will be required.

First of all, it’s not an NSF. There are plenty of funds in the company accounts to always cover every payment we issue. Period. It’s a simple thing and we have it covered. The bank calls it an “NSF”, but what they should really say is “Our teller made a mistake cashing an international check so we’re blaming someone else!” It drives us crazier than it does you. So, if you’ve explained that to your bank, tried another bank, and still can’t find a competent banker, then you have the following options:

Send back the original check and have us reissue it, or change your payment type and we’ll reissue the payment via another means. (Ie. Try wire instead of check)

OR

Have us put a stop-payment on the check and reissue the payment minus the $25 stop-payment fee.[/quote]

COMPETITION VS BULLSHIT

I have to wonder why TALKSUGAR is so worried about their competition as they say? Could it be that their competition has NEVER and I mean NEVER once sent a NSF CHECK? You Talksugar are trying to make this into a hate situation and that’s really not what it’s about nor competition.  The process by which you would file a complaint against (1089980 Alberta Inc. / TalkSugar.com) online is by going to www.recol.ca . This link will allow you to file the details of your complaint. Each person who has a legitimate complaint will be tended to by this service. Once the information has been collected as a whole they will forward the complaints to the Edmonton RCMP. The Phone # is 1.888.495.8501. Each and every single person that has received NO FUNDS or WORTHLESS Checks should call or email a Complaint.

TALKSUGAR MAKES ANOTHER ACCUSATION

You’re time hasn’t come for you to be burned. The FACT remains they have issued NSF checks in the past and they are doing so NOW. The Nexus Situation proves that, however that’s neither here nor there. You are missing the whole point. My point is I was issued a NSF CHECK. Their history is repeating itself.  I’m taking the time to address the LEGAL ISSUES @ hand.

I also find it strange that you are altering these screenshots you are posting all over this bullshit site by cutting pieces out to make these screenshots support your misguided views. I bet you won’t even allow this post to be seen publically either because that wouldn’t fit into the image of victim that you are attempting to portray. I have seen all of you on Talksugar before your accounts were suspended for breaking Talksugar rules and not a one of you even had a rating high enough to actually clear a five hundred dollar check unless you did five hundred dollars worth of one minute calls and if that was the case then you were likely scamming your callers and deserved to be removed from the Talksugar system anyway.. As far as you supposedly being banned for reasons other then the fact that you broke the rules I’d like to say that I know for a fact that Minnie was removed for sending her clients to her Niteflirt account as I myself saw her photos on Talksugar with her Niteflirt links all over her photos, and while we are on the subject allow me to direct everyone to Candi’s sad little sob story where she openly admits her plan to direct her callers to Niteflirt which is a direct violation of Talksugar’s terms of service. Also please note the fact that she admits that every check she ever earned was paid to her except one which her bank fucked up and Talksugar was in the process of trying to clear up for her. So why not make a website entitled Candi’s bank sucks since that is the real criminal in her case.]
